Sex and relationships are intimate — and sometimes intimidating to talk about. In this award-winning show, host Anita Rao guides us on an exploration of our brains and bodies that touches down in taboo territory.

Embodied is a show that seeks to grow the traditional public radio audience by adding people, voices, and perspectives from a new generation of listeners — folks who are looking for programming that reflects the diverse and dynamic communities they are a part of. Our target audience is people 18-45 who are invested in thinking critically about their bodies and relationships. The majority of the guests we feature on the show identify as non-white, and about 80% identify as women, nonbinary or gender fluid.
