I've only listened to the first in this series, but I'm looking forward to hearing the rest of them. I'm a 30-something woman whose parents and their contemporaries are/were Dylan fans. However, I only began to appreciate his work about 10 years ago....This program is great for both the serious Dylan fans AND those who are unfamiliar with his music.
Great piece! I never knew that I liked mandolins this much! It was nice that some of the history of the instrument was included in the host's remarks during the show. This made it both educational as well as a fun listen. I wasn't expecting the show to close with a mandolin orchestra playing the Beatles' song "When I'm Sixty-Four." Think that was the cherry on top for me!
