Open mike's should be fun, thats what you got at this opening night. People involved, put forth their best effort and everyone was entertained. Finding a covered wagon in a used car lot,would sure peak your intrest. This story did the same for me. I found it to be very inviting and made me wish I could be that adventuresome, but knowing this to be impossible, I enjoyed traveling at his slow but interesting pace. Joe has a way of making you feel what the person in front of him feels. It was 'GREAT'...
Another time Mr. Bevilaquca brings a warmth to the radio and to the airwaves. His story of a Librarian from youth to fulfillment is warm and is good for one's heart. The Librarian's life story shows how ones passion can take them to their desires end. Mr. Bevilacqua's knows just how to open a persons heart, and get them to relay their inner feelings. Please give us more like this!
I have listened to Joe's work before and find this piece to be just as insightful as his others have been. This piece brings home how coincedental everything is in our lives.It was sweet, in a valentine way,to follow his modern day courtship. I wait for more peeks at love like these.
