The subject matter would be fasinating if the quality of the audio were sufficent to understand the interviewer and Mr Buhner, who apparently appears by telephone. The microphone was incapable of converting the voice into something more than rattles. Some folks call it distortion of the signal. I don't mind calling it that too.
I urge a re-recording. I would love to hear and understand what both have to say.
A chance to hear a young and rising star, hero of the common folk against governmental apathy and malfiesence. He's talk is enough to inspire us to pull-up or slieves and throw the bums out.
You'll enjoy this fast and tighly written suggestion that Osama BL is smart enough to run circles around Bush. Is it true? I suppose we'll have to wait till the next president finally has an opportunity to do with Osama as most Americans have expected of Bush (II).
Until then, I suppose Osama is an important Americana icon, evil aside.

I wrote my original review to say: "A likity-split method to cook a pig. You got to listen carefully and be able to take notes faster than ever."
But then the producer contacted me so say that the fast speed of piece was not intentional and slowed it down. Now, the piece is probable an interesting piece about man's favorite meat without the original unique challenges to the listener. So, I recommend that you listen to it and take notes at normal speed.
Vegetarians will probably be more interested in the Rhurbarb piece.

Nice history of an interesting food. Not many people outside of the older generation remembers Rhubarb.
